NEW BERLIN, WI—Quad Graphics Inc., a Sussex, Wis.-based commercial printing company, has leased 205,063 sq. ft. at 5600 South Moorland Road.
Ace Distribution Leasing LLC is the owner of the property. Ace, which was the sole distributor of Harley Davidson merchandise and apparel, had to drastically reduce its business in February 2012 when the motorcycle manufacturer moved the line to Indiana. Ace will gradually move out of the building so that Quad can move in a commingling center.
The building, built in 2009 in the Westridge East business park, features 11 docks, 24-foot clear ceilings and one drive-in, grade-level door. Samuel M. Dickman Jr., Samuel D. Dickman and Dave Hazenfield with the Dickman Co. Inc., and Chris Watts of Jones Lang LaSalle, were the brokers involved in this transaction. It’s not clear who represented the landlord or the tenant.
