Peter Dunn has joined Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. as senior director of the firm's Houston office. Dunn will oversee debt and equity transactions for the company's Houston office. He specializes in the purchasing and refinancing of new construction loans. Previously, Dunn served as a mortgage banker with a national mortgage banking firm in Houston.

Jeremy Ben-David has joined Alterra Capital Group as managing director. He will be responsible for the firm's in-house legal department and actively involved in acquisitions, operations and project management. Previously, Ben-David worked in investment sales and brokerage at Newmark Knight Frank.

Tony Villasenor has joined Lee & Associates as principal. Villasenor will be based in the firm's San Diego office and lead the retail team. Previously, Villasenor was a founder of Business Real Estate Brokerage Co., which affiliated with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial in 2004.

Anni Grimes has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Real Estate Group as vice president and investment specialist. She will be responsible for multifamily investments, focusing on coastal communities. Previously, Grimes served as a broker at Apartment Consultants Inc.
