BUZZ: Metro Green Apartments is the first phase of Metro Green Residential, which will feature 238 mixed-income rental and for-sale residences on a mixed-use, transit-oriented development site. The project also will feature a 350,000 sq. ft., 17-story office building that will be certified at the LEED platinum level.
PROJECTED COMPLETION: The entire residential development will be completed within three years.
