Keynote Systems' San Mateo HQ Sells for $65M

For the first time, 777 Mariners Island Blvd. will be owned by an investor, not an owner-user. Keynote Systems this week sold its headquarters building to an affiliate of Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors for $65 million, or about $360 a square foot, industry sources said. As my colleague J.K.
