The Landing Shopping Center in Renton Sells for $165M

The Landing shopping center in Renton has been sold to a Boston-based investment fund for $165.4 million. The 5-year-old center, more than 90 percent leased, was sold by its developer, Pearlmark Harvest Lakeshore, to a unit of AEW Global, which manages more than $50 billion of real estate assets and securities on behalf of institutional and private investors.
