SRS Real Estate Partners and Cresa signed an agreement to form a new lease administration services company for office, industrial and retail clients under the name SRS-Cresa Lease Administration LLC. The new firm will operate out of established offices in Dallas and Chicago.
SRS-Cresa Lease Administration will offer critical data management, CAM audits, occupancy cost reconciliations and full portfolio lease administration.
SRS and Cresa entered into an exclusive partnership to offer lease administration services to both firms’ clients in April 2012. The formation of SRS-Cresa Lease Administration further deepens that alliance.
“We have combined two highly successful and experienced lease administration teams who are well positioned to service clients across the U.S. and abroad,” said Steve Dawkins, executive vice president of SRS-Cresa Lease Administration, in a statement. “The newly formed company will leverage our knowledge base and ability to customize and deliver lease administration services to a wide variety of clients.”
