Local Group Pays $41M for Eagan Apartment Complex

Condor Corp. paid $41 million last week for a 281-unit apartment complex in Eagan. The deal was the second largest apartment sale in the Twin Cities this year, according to a press release from CBRE Group. CBRE Group brokered the sale on behalf of the seller, Hartford, Conn.-based Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, which acquired the 1997-built property in 2005 for $43.43 million.
