Nordstrom is interested in scooping up a handful of the Lord & Taylor anchor stores that May Co. is closing this year, but only those that can pass high productivity hurdles and provide new market penetration. Possibilities include stores at Aventura Mall and Dadeland Mall in Miami and Mall St. Matthews in Louisville, Ky.
