Big-box Atlanta lease leads to smarter Southeastern pets

Phoenix-based PETsMART has leased a 200,000 sq. ft. distribution center at Creekside Business Center in Newnan, Ga., south of Atlanta. Locally based John W. Rooker & Associates developed the build-to-suit, which will be completed by March 2001. The Atlanta office of Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co. represented PETsMART.
