The 151,842 sq. ft., 9-story Class-A office building in Honolulu is 98% occupied. Tenants include Planet Hollywood, Aston& Resorts and Starwood Hotels. The building was built in 1980. CB Richard Ellis represented the seller and The Shidler Group represented itself in the transaction.
