Bob Kraft, owner of three-time Super Bowl Champions the New England Patriots, is reportedly working on a more than 1-million-square-foot project called Patriots Place. The project would sit on 500 acres adjacent to Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass., that will be aimed predominantly at male shoppers and help drive activity near the stadium on non-game days.

What makes a guy mall? The project is rumored to be themed around sports and will be heavily dominated by big-box stores, like Home Depot, and entertainment, such as a 16-screen megaplex movie theater. Bass Pro Shops has reportedly already signed on to the project. Patriots Place may also include a hotel.
