Alexander Haagen Properties Inc. Edward D. Fox Jr. has been named president and chief executive officer of Manhattan Beach, Calif.-based Alexander Haagen Properties Inc. He will be responsible for leading the self-managed REIT's expansion in the West. Fox had been serving in the same capacity on an interim basis.

Commercial Properties Development Michael D. Hardiman has been named chief executive officer of Baton Rouge, La.-based Commercial Properties Development Corp. He will oversee the company's nationwide expansion plans. Most recently, Hardiman provided real estate disposition services for the federal government.

General Growth Properties Inc. Marc A. Offit has been promoted from director of business development to vice president of business development for General Growth Properties Inc., Chicago. He will be responsible for conducting portfolio review leasing sessions with national retailers, as well as developing new retailer relationships and new revenue opportunities.

The Taubman Co. Anita L. Saleh has been named vice president of specialty leasing for The Taubman Co., Bloomfield Hills, Mich. She will be responsible for implementing the company's specialty leasing operations. Most recently, she served as vice president of specialty leasing for Atlanta-based ERE Yarmouth.

CRES Development Co. Inc. Bruce Gorsky has been promoted from vice president to chief operating officer of CRES Development Co. Inc., Lynnfield, Mass. He will be responsible for real estate investment, development, acquisition and financing.

FAC Realty Trust Inc. Charlotte Ellis has been named vice president of marketing and public relations for Cary, N.C.-based FAC Realty Trust Inc. She will be responsible for all corporate marketing and public relations. Most recently, Ellis served as director of marketing and public relations for The L&B Group, Dallas.

Edison Brothers Stores Inc. Lawrence E. Honig has been named chairman and chief executive officer of St. Louis-based Edison Brothers Stores Inc. He will be responsible for overall corporate operations. Most recently, Honig served as executive vice president for Deerfield, Ill.-based Alliant Foodservice Inc.

The Macerich Co. Scott Kingsmore has been promoted from group controller to vice president of financial planning for The Macerich Co., Santa Monica, Calif. He will be responsible for expanding and improving the company's budgeting and forecasting process, and also will be involved in debt placements and compliance.

Susan Valentine has been named senior vice president and marketing director. She will be responsible for all shopping center corporate marketing and will serve as a member of the company's new operations and business initiatives teams. Most recently, Valentine served as vice president of marketing for The Rubin Organization, Philadelphia.

Staubach Retail Services William Chaffe has been promoted from project manager to vice president and director of retail design and construction services in the Dallas office of Dallas-based Staubach Retail Services. He will be responsible for corporate design and construction services, as well as marketing and management of national account activity.

Sunglass Hut International Randy Carucci has been promoted from western leasing director to vice president of real estate and construction for Coral Gables, Fla.-based Sunglass Hut International. He will be responsible for all real estate activities, including lease renewals and new site development.

Factory Card Outlet Gary W. Rada has been named senior vice president and general merchandise manager for Bensenville, Ill.-based Factory Card Outlet. He will be responsible for merchandise planning, distribution and allocation. Previously, Rada served as vice president of general merchandise for Birmingham, Ala.-based Bruno's Inc.

RadioShack David Johnson has been promoted from vice president and controller to senior vice president and controller for Fort Worth, Texas-based RadioShack, a division of Tandy Corp. He will manage the company's financial operations.

CB Commercial Real Estate Group Inc. Lynne Brackett has been promoted from senior associate to vice president of the retail properties group for Los Angeles-based CB Commercial Real Estate Group Inc. She will specialize in retail property investment sales and will become part of a leasing team that represents a Chicago-area shopping center portfolio.

ERE Yarmouth Retail Robert F. Welanetz has been promoted from executive vice president to chief executive of ERE Yarmouth Retail, the retail real estate division of Atlanta-based ERE Yarmouth. He will be responsible for strategic planning and operations for the company's shopping center investments.

Bullock, Smith & Partners Tommy Wade has been promoted from project architect to associate architect for Knoxville, Tenn.-based Bullock, Smith & Partners. He will be responsible for serving in an increased project management role.

The Children's Place Retail Stores Inc. Clark Hinkley has been named executive vice president of merchandising for The Children's Place Retail Stores Inc., West Caldwell, N.J. He will be responsible for implementing store growth strategy. Most recently, Hinkley served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Hingam, Mass.-based Talbots.

Fleet Financial Group Susan M. Wolkoff has been promoted from Massachusetts team leader to senior vice president and northern hub manager for Fleet Financial Group, Boston. She will manage a real estate portfolio that covers Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine.

Retail Properties Group Inc. Ron Rosado has been named president of property management for San Diego-based Retail Properties Group Inc. He will oversee retail property management and will focus on new business development. Most recently, Rosado served as general partner and asset manager for San Diego-based Rosado Associates.

Mark Centers Trust Gerard "Stick" Thibodeaux has been promoted from regional leasing manager to vice president and real estate director for Columbia, S.C.-based Mark Centers Trust. He will be responsible for all leasing, operations and development of the company's southeast properties.

Trammell Crow Co. Ron Dowhaniuk has been named vice president of the retail services group for Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co. He will be responsible for retail brokerage and property management. Previously, Dowhaniuk served as senior marketing consultant in the Portland office of Northbrook, Ill.-based Grubb & Ellis.

Hunneman Commercial Co. Joseph M. Mardo has been promoted from retail group vice president to senior vice president and retail group manager for Boston-based Hunneman Commercial Co. He will be responsible for supervising the group's brokers, overseeing operations, and coordinating corporate marketing and advertising.
