Clarion Realty Services Donn Fuller has been named as director of the Retail Property Group at Dallas-based Clarion Realty Services. The company is an affiliate of New York-based Clarion Partners, a nationwide property management and leasing services company. In his new position, Fuller will oversee operations, leasing and redevelopment of existing retail assets and be responsible for new business development. Prior to joining Clarion Realty Services, Fuller served as executive vice president/chief operating officer at MEPC American Properties, where he was also on the board of directors.

Garrick-Aug Associates Faith Hope Consolo has been promoted to vice chairman at New York-based Garrick-Aug Associates Store Leasing Inc. Consolo joined the company in 1985 and distinguished herself by bringing a bevy of upscale, European retailers to Manhattan's Flatiron district. She most recently held the title of senior managing director, during which time she earned a spot on Crain's New York business roster of the "Most Influential Women in New York." Consolo currently serves as a retail consultant on several Manhattan development projects, including those of the 42nd Street Redevelopment Corp. and the Downtown Alliance.

Lyle Parks Jr. Inc. Tim Mayeda is the new president of Anaheim, Calif.-based Lyle Parks Jr. Inc. (LPJ). Mayeda, who also retains the COO title he has held since 1996, will oversee finance, marketing, operations and estimating functions for the company. Before joining LPJ in 1989, he managed projects nationwide for Irvine, Calif.-based R.D. Olson Construction.

Property Works Inc. Moe Laliberte has been appointed vice president of Atlanta-based Property Works Inc., a real estate asset management firm. Laliberte will be responsible for marketing, client relationships, project management and strategic initiatives. He will work out of the company's Providence, R.I. office. Prior to joining Property Works, Laliberte was director of property administration for CVS Corp., where he managed more than $16 billion worth of property.

Konover Property Trust Celia A. Wing has joined Cary, N.C.-based Konover Property Trust Inc. as senior vice president of leasing. In her new position, Wing will oversee all leasing functions and will report to William H. Neville, executive vice president and CEO. Prior to joining Konover, Wing served as vice president of community center leasing and development for Glimcher Realty Trust in Columbus, Ohio.

DePalma Design Group Ronald H. Lubben has been named project principal for Chicago-based DePalma Design Group, a multidisciplinary design and architectural consulting firm. With 40 years of experience in retail planning, project management and strategic positioning, Lubben will expand the retail brand and image development practice group. Also at the company, Jennifer Requiron has been appointed marketing coordinator. She will be responsible for positioning and promotion of the firm's services.

JDN Realty Corp. James Angeloni has been named vice president of development for Atlanta-based JDN Realty Corp. Angeloni will be responsible for the development of shopping centers throughout the northeastern United States. Previously, he was vice president of development for Vineland Construction Co., where he was responsible for procuring land, governmental approvals and lease negotiations for the development of retail shopping centers.

Marcus & Millichap Paul S. Mudrich has been promoted to vice president and general counsel in the San Francisco office of Palo Alto, Calif.-based Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. Mudrich, who joined the company in 1990, most recently served as vice president and assistant general counsel. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mudrich was counsel to Coldwell Banker's Northern California residential real estate group.

S.R. Weiner and Associates John F. Corbett has been appointed project manager for Chesnut Hill, Mass.-based S.R. Weiner and Associates. He will handle project permitting at state and local levels for the company's new projects throughout New England

Trademark Jeff Allen has been named vice president of asset management at Trademark, a retail development firm based in Fort Worth, Texas. Allen will lead the company in its strategic decision to take asset and property management in-house. Before joining Trademark in 1998, Allen served as president of Huff, Brous, McDowell and Montesi Management Inc., where he oversaw nearly 6.5 million sq. ft. of commercial real estate in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In addition, Susan Ridley has been named director of leasing for all Trademark properties.
