"Minimalism brings focus to features."

An eclectic entree Balancing the clean lines and harmony of the East with the cutting-edge sensibilities of the West, Atlanta's Fusebox restaurant captures the best of both worlds. The Asian fusion restaurant whets the appetites of patrons seeking a lush dining experience. In the category of Themed Restaurant, Cooper Carry Inc., Atlanta, received an honorable mention for its design work on the project.

Brazilian ebony wood floors, custom terrazzo and a hand silver-leafed ceiling are a few of the space's highlights. To enhance Fusebox's luxurious milieu, the design team covered contemporary banquettes with mohair, shantung silk, cashmere and leather.

Private dining rooms are outfitted with solid mahogany tables, upholstered leather seating, and mid-19th century Chinese antiques. More than a dozen artisans lent their individual talents for the project, resulting in hand lacquered walls, an underlit onyx tasting table and a sleek gas flame fixture above the main entry.
