David Steinberg has been promoted to vice president of Konover Development. He will be responsible for identifying development and redevelopment opportunities as well as land acquisitions. Steinberg joined the company in 1996 as a leasing representative. He was later promoted to senior leasing representative and development manager.
Lauren Lipscomb has joined CB Richard Ellis as vice president of the firm's Boston office. In this new role, she will seek to foster strong relationships within downtown Boston's tenant and brokerage communities. Earlier, Lipscomb worked as a leasing representative for Boston Properties.
Lyle Patterson has been promoted to acquisitions director at Romanek Properties in Northbrook, Ill. He will help the firm broaden its investment portfolio. Earlier, Patterson was vice president of investments at Equity Office Properties Trust where he managed transactions valued at $308 million.
Stewart Weston has been promoted to vice president of investments at the Long Beach, Calif. office of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services. In this new role, Weston will focus on client and investor services. Weston joined Marcus & Millichap in 1991.
