Rick Hoffman has been named president and chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Residentialin San Diego/Inland Empire. Previously Hoffman served as senior vice president of the firm's Inland Empire offices. Last year he sold his Coldwell Banker Associates Realty to NRT Inc., parent company of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
Michael Prabhu has been named chief operating officer of Staubach's Los Angeles office. Previously, Prabhu was with Maguire Properties and Heitman Financial. He has more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in building operations and management.

Alan Clifton has been promoted to vice president of leasing and disposition for Passco based Cos. Irvine, Calif. He has also been named a member of Passco's executive committee. He will be responsible for dispositions. Previously, Clifton served as director of leasing and asset management.
