Brian Spoerl has joined Milwaukee-based Irgens Health Care Facilities Group as vice president. He will be responsible for cultivating client relationships with hospitals, health systems and physician practice groups to promote Irgens' core service lines. Previously, Spoerl served as assistant vice president at HSA|PrimeCare in Milwaukee and Chicago.
Kathy Miller has been promoted to senior vice president of financial services and tax at Regency Centers based in Jacksonville, Fla. Miller will be responsible for the underwriting of investments. Previously, Miller served in a dual role as vice president of tax and development accounting.
Kay Younglove has joined Jones Lang LaSalle as senior vice president in the firm's Atlanta office. She will head up agency leasing. Previously, she served as vice president with Colonial Properties Trust, where she oversaw the firm's Atlanta marketing.
Andy Wiggers has joined Jones Lang LaSalle's Atlanta office as vice president of development in the firm's retail division. Previously, Wiggers served as asset manager and director of construction in the Atlanta office of Gregory Greenfield and Associates.
