Mountain Funding Inc. Arthur G. Nevid has been promoted from director of acquisitions and lending to managing director of Parsippany, N.J.-based Mountain Funding Inc. He is responsible for managing the New Jersey headquarters and identifying, analyzing, structuring, closing and managing debt and equity investments. Previously, he served as an investment banker and asset manager at New York-based Merrill Lynch.

Binswanger Theresa A. Khorram has been named vice president of industrial sales in the Charlotte, N.C., office of Philadelphia-based Binswanger. She is responsible for industrial brokerage service to clients in the Carolinas and Virginias. Previously, Khorram served as an industrial broker for Philadelphia-based Hart Corp.

First American Title Insurance Roger S. Hull has been promoted from senior technology officer to CIO of Santa Ana, Calif.-based First American Title Insurance Co. He is responsible for providing technical initiatives leadership, as well as network and help desk application development. Previously, he served as vice president of information systems for Parsippany, N.J.-based Cendant.

National Network of Commercial Real Estate Women M. Maureen Anders has been named president of the National Network of Commercial Real Estate Women (NNCREW). She serves as an attorney with Phoenix-based Mohr, Hackett, Pederson, Blakley & Randolph PC. Sally French Tyler has been named president-elect of NNCREW. She serves as vice president of national accounts for Irvine, Calif.-based Fidelity National Title Insurance Co. Also serving as directors are: Marilyn Herzberg, senior property manager, Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis; Sarah Kelly, vice president, Orlando, Fla.-based VOA Associates Inc.; Emily R. Magal, principal, Washington, D.C.-based Moving Details; and Joan C. Rosoff, partner, Philadelphia-based White and Williams LLP.

Hilton Hotels Corp. Jim Holthouser has been promoted from senior vice president of Embassy Suites to senior vice president of Homewood Suites by Hilton, both part of Beverly Hills, Calif.-based Hilton Hotels Corp. He is responsible for marketing and public relations. Previously, Holthouser was senior vice president of brand integration for Promus Hotel Corp., which was acquired by Hilton in 1999.

Colliers ABR Inc. Thomas Birnbaum has joined New York-based Colliers ABR Inc. as director. He is responsible for tenant and landlord representation and investment sales. Previously, he served as senior vice president of New York-based Merrill Lynch Realty Commercial Services.

CB Richard Ellis Todd Caruso has been promoted to managing director of retail property services in the central and eastern United States for Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis. He is responsible for overseeing development of brokerage, property management, investment and financial services' teams. Previously the managing director of retail brokerage services in the Midwest, Caruso is a 16-year veteran of the company.

Cushman Realty Corp. Dale F. Schlather has been promoted from vice president to senior managing director of Los Angeles-based Cushman Realty Corp. He is responsible for tenant lease representation. Schlather joined the company in 1986, and opened the San Diego office in 1991.

Watson Land Co. Kirk R. Johnson has been promoted from head of marketing and leasing to vice president of real estate operations for Carson City, Calif.-based Watson Land Co. He is responsible for overseeing asset management of industrial and office space, as well as the planning and construction of new facilities. Previously, Johnson served as a broker for Los Angeles-based CB Commercial, now CB Richard Ellis.

L.J. Melody & Co. Wanda L. Riggs has been named vice president of the Atlanta office of Houston-based L.J. Melody & Co. She is responsible for origination of structured finance and mortgage loan production. Previously, Riggs served as office director in Atlanta for Houston-based Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP.

Grubb & Ellis Co. Blake W. Harbaugh has been promoted from corporate controller to senior vice president and CFO of Northbrook, Ill.-based Grubb and Ellis Co. He is responsible for managing the financial reporting infrastructure upgrade. Previously, he served as a senior manager in the Pittsburgh office of New York-based PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Also, Brian D. Parker has been promoted from senior vice president and CFO to executive vice president, business development. He is responsible for pursuing business opportunities. Previously, Parker served as senior vice president and CEO for Skokie, Ill.-based Belcor Co.

RealTech Terrence P. Lee has been named president of Vienna, Va.-based RealTech. He is responsible for overseeing management of commercial and multifamily properties. Previously, Lee served as vice president at Bethesda, Md.-based Realty Management Services Inc.

GreyStone Capital Corp. Richard Churchill has joined Tampa, Fla.-based GreyStone Capital Corp. as president. He is responsible for arranging construction and permanent financing with banks, life insurance companies and pension funds. Previously he was regional director with Los Angeles-based Imperial Thrift and Loan.

Wellsford Commercial Properties Trust Mark Schaevitz has been appointed COO for the New York metro region of Chatham, N.J.-based Wellsford Commercial Properties Trust. He is responsible for managing New Jersey and New York acquisitions, operations, development, marketing and leasing. Previously, Schaevitz served as the managing director in the New Jersey office of Melville, N.Y.-based Reckson Associates Realty Trust.

National Multi Housing Council Leonard W. Wood, director of Marietta, Ga.-based Wood Partners LLC, has been elected chairman, and Jonathan L. Kempner has been elected president of the board of directors for the National Multi Housing Council (NMHC). Also, Douglas Crocker II, president and CEO of Chicago-based Equity Residential Properties Trust, was named vice chairman. Geoffrey L. Stack, managing director of Irvine, Calif.-based SARES*REGIS Group, and Mary Ann King, partner, Costa Mesa, Calif.-based Moran & Co., were elected treasurer and secretary, respectively.

Transwestern Commercial Services Rudy Hubbard has been promoted from senior vice president to managing director of the investment services group of Chicago-based Transwestern Commercial Services. He is responsible for leading the Houston team in originating and executing investment transactions. Previously, he served as senior vice president of Houston-based Trione & Gordon*Oncor International.

Commercial Developments International/East Inc. Colleen E. Sheridan has been named executive vice president of the real estate services division of Commercial Developments International/East Inc. She is responsible for developing build-to-suit commercial properties. Previously, Sheridan served as senior managing director for the capital advisors group of New York-based Insignia/ESG.

The St. Joe Co. Neal Wade has been named vice president of economic development for The St. Joe Co. in Jacksonville, Fla. He is responsible for working with local leaders to create jobs and growth for northwest Florida. Previously, Wade served as president and CEO of Birmingham, Ala.-based The Economic Development Partnership of Alabama. Also, Frank W. Herring Jr. has been named vice president and senior development officer for Jacksonville, Fla.-based St. Joe Commercial. He is responsible for build-to-suit properties and relocating or expanding the firm's presence in Florida, the Southeast and Texas. Previously, Herring was the north Florida managing director for Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co.

CB Richard Ellis Gilbert Fitzgerald has been promoted from senior associate of the retail services group to vice president of Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis. He is responsible for retail tenant representation. Fitzgerald is a 15-year veteran of the firm.

Stiles Corp. George Bartlett has been named the retail group's vice president of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Stiles Corp. He is responsible for leasing, development and acquisitions in southern Florida. Previously, Bartlett served as director of real estate for Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based The Sports Authority.
