Robert Dezzutti has joined BentleyForbes as chief operating officer. He will be responsible for operational procedures and management of the firm's portfolio of office, corporate and luxury hospitality properties. Earlier, Dezutti served as senior managing director with Cushman & Wakefield, where he oversaw leasing and property management services.

Patricia Kelly has joined Citizens Financial Group as executive vice president. Kelly will be responsible for commercial real estate finance for the firm's Midwest region. Earlier, Kelly served as executive vice president of Institutional Real Estate for ABM AMRO's LaSalle Bank N.A. in Chicago.

Steve Levy has been promoted to the position of vice president of operations with Sky Development. Levy will oversee the construction of City Park Aventura, a major mixed-use lifestyle community. He will also negotiate with trade workers and contractors and maintain cost control.

Brian Lynch has joined Recurrent Energy as vice president of sales. He will be responsible for communicating the firm's value proposition and helping clients transform their rooftops into value-generating assets. Earlier, he served as an executive at Siemens Building Technologies.
