An intricate chandelier hangs in the center of a funky spiral staircase at Gordon Group's Pier at Caesars in Atlantic City. The swank project features retailers such as Gucci, Burberry, Hugo Boss, Lius Vuitton, Tourneau, A/X Armani Exchange and a wedding chapel. Developers hosted a sneak preview party in June at which 400 guests snacked on ceviche, sashimi and London broil while sipping tequila and mojitos. The project opens early next year.
