BUZZ: The project, which has been in planning for several years, includes the renovation of the long-vacant Ivy Tower, one of the city's most interesting landmark buildings, to accommodate two restaurants, a salon, hotel meeting room and boutique hotel suites. Two adjoining multi-level towers will be built to include a 23-story condominium tower and an 18-story luxury hotel to be operated by Starwood Hotels and Resorts.
