Starwood Investments, LP and Hermansen Land, Inc. plan to build the first phase of the Shops at Starwood in Frisco, Texas. The 80,000-square-foot mixed-use center will include restaurants, retail and office space to open by March of next year.
James Boyle was hired as the new general manager for the new Pier at Caesars in Atlantic City, N.J. Scheduled to open in 2006, the center will feature 320,000 square feet of high-end retail. It is being built by the Gordon Group Holdings LLC in partnership with Taubman Centers.

The Mills Corp. will construct a 248,000-square-foot expansion to the Shops at Riverside in Hackensack, N.J. Scheduled for completion in spring 2007, the expansion will include a new Bloomingdale's Home store and such new tenants as Pottery Barn Kids, Polo Collection, Kenneth Cole and P.F. Chang's.
