Vincent Battaglia has been named associate (broker) of Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis. His responsibilities include leasing of retail and office space, and identifying development opportunities within the Coachella Valley, specifically East Valley, Indio and Mecca in California. The international real estate veteran joins CB Richard Ellis from Palm Springs, Calif.-based Spinello Commercial Inc., where he was responsible for the marketing and leasing of office and retail space throughout the Coachella Valley.
