BUZZ: The $75 million project will be developed at the site of an existing 180,000 sq. ft. shopping center built in the 1950s. The project will include retail, a 102-townhome community, and a 10-screen Regency Theatres. Citrus Crossing is located near college campuses and will offer access to restaurants and entertainment.
