A sidebar to a site selection story in the May issue stated that the annual costs of CoStar Group's retail product can exceed $360,000. That's true, but pricing depends on several factors. The average annual subscription cost is $21,000.
A city review on Las Vegas in May incorrectly identified Centra Properties as Centrum Properties on second reference. Also, Town Square in Las Vegas will open Nov. 14, 2007, not mid-year 2007.
