National Title Services (NTS) is a division of Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and its affiliate, Transamerica Title Insurance Company. Specializing in large multimillion-dollar real estate acquisitions and financings, NTS offers complete, customized title insurance packages for commercial, multisite and interstate real estate transactions throughout the United States. NTS also offers expertise in servicing franchise businesses and other commercial enterprises.
