Sasson Hallier Properties LLC received funding in late April for the construction of Panorama Tower II, a luxury high-rise condominium in Las Vegas. The 33-story condominium project will contain 326 units and 10 townhouses over 438,000 sq. ft., ranging in price from $350,000 to $2 million. The $116 million Panorama Tower I began construction in January 2004 followed by Tower II this February. The suites in both buildings range from 700 to 4,400 sq. ft. and the facility includes a 5,000 sq. ft. gym, conference space as well as “his” and “her” spas. Additionally, the Panorama Tower complex will include 7,500 sq. ft. of mixed-use retail and restaurant space.
