Panattoni- Hillwood has broken ground on 930,000 sq. ft. of industrial space in Skyline Business Park in Mesquite, Texas, a Dallas suburb. The new development marks the first phase of 1.7 million sq. ft. that will be developed at the 112-acre site.

The first phase of Skyline Business Park consists of a 400,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit for Logan, Utah-based ICON Fitness & Health and a 530,000 sq. ft. building that will house 400,000 sq. ft. of build-to-suit space for locally based Shippers Warehouse and 130,000 sq. ft. of speculative space.

Panattoni- Hillwood is a development venture between Dallas-based Hillwood and Sacramento, Calif.-based Panattoni Development Co.
