CPA, an affiliate of W. P. Carey & Co., has acquired four manufacturing facilities from Best Brands Corp. for approximately $50 million. The facilities total 665,000 sq. ft. and are located in Colton, Calif.; Dallas, Texas; Bonner Springs, Kan.; and Eagan, Minn. The facilities include manufacturing, warehousing and refrigerated warehousing. The properties will be leased back on a long-term basis to Best Brands Corp.

JCK Hospitality LLC has acquired two hotels in San Diego from Mira Mesa Hotels LLC for $23.9 million. The Quality Suites and adjacent Holiday Inn Express total 202 rooms. The hotels are 1.7 miles from the Miramar Airport and near the business districts of Miramar, Scripps Ranch, Sorrento Mesa and Poway. The hotels offer a 2,500 sq. ft. banquet hall, 1,500 sq. ft. meeting room and a pool.

CRP-2 Acquisitions LLC, an affiliate of Colony Realty Partners, has acquired two multi-tenant business parks for $37 million from CIP Real Estate. Milliken Business Center in Ontario, Calif., is a 12-building, 157,711 sq. ft. property on 11 acres. Brea Canyon Business Park in Walnut, Calif. is a five-story, 79,839 sq. ft. property on more than four acres. Both business parks were renovated in 2002.
