REGENT PARTNERS of Atlanta has unveiled plans for the Buckhead area's first vertical mixed-use tower. The $220 million, 47-story structure, named 3344 Peachtree, will provide 480,000 sq. ft. of Class-A office space, 21 floors containing 99 luxury residential condominiums, retail space as well as a flagship restaurant by Buckhead Life Restaurant Group. Regent Partners is the developer of Tower Place as well as several other landmark properties.

PASSCO REAL ESTATE ENTERPRISES purchased The Promenade at Howard Hughes Center, a 247,833 sq. ft. entertainment and retail complex in Los Angeles, for $95 million. The seller is a joint venture of the original development partnership, J. H. Snyder Co. and ORIX Real Estate Equities. Tenants include Bridge Cinemas, Borders Books and Nordstrom Rack.

PRAIRIE REALTY ADVISORS has procured $155 million in financing for 15 Marriott-franchised hotel properties to be managed by White Lodging Services Corp. Twelve of the properties are majority owned by principals of Merrillville, Ind.-based White Lodging Services, and three properties are owned by principals of the Etkin Johnson Group, a commercial real estate developer and manager based in Denver.
