The Koll Co., a real estate acquisition, development and management company located in Newport Beach, Calif., has purchased the East Sahara Commerce Center for $6.85 million from SVN Nobbs East Sahara LLC, a partnership that is controlled by SVN Equities of Irvine, Calif. The two-building, 72,548 sq. ft. incubator industrial property is located in fast-growing Las Vegas. The East Sahara Commerce Center is currently 90% leased.

Behringer Harvard Ferncroft LLC has acquired Ferncroft Corporate Center, an eight-story office building, for $27 million from BPG Properties Ltd. The 230,000 sq. ft., Class-A property is located in Middleton, Mass. The property has been renovated, including the lobby and common areas, and a fitness center has been added. The property is 82% leased. Trammell Crow Co. represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.

Broadreach Capital Partners, a Palo Alto-based private equity firm, has acquired an 18-building portfolio for $209 million from The Shidler Group and Angelo, Gordon & Co. The portfolio consists of nine projects containing 18 buildings including over 1 million sq. ft. of office and R&D properties. Ten of the buildings are in the greater Los Angeles region and the remaining eight are located in San Diego. The portfolio is 82% occupied.
