Vesper Holdings, a privately held real estate investment firm based in New York, has acquired Campus View and Campus View East in College Station, Texas. The two student housing properties total 478 units and 867 beds and are located within a mile of Texas A&M University. They include 62 two-story buildings with garden-style and townhome apartments. The properties are among $70 million in acquisitions by Vesper Holdings in the last nine months.

DeBartolo Development LLC and Forge Capital Partners LLC, through the companies' joint venture investment fund Community Reinvestment Partners II LP, have acquired Mills Park, a 14.5-acre mixed-use project in Orlando. The buyers plan to develop the property with retail, multifamily and office space. Pelloni Development Corp., the project's original developer, will complete the medical and office space component.

ING Real Estate Finance has closed a $138 million term loan on behalf of affiliates of Blackstone Real Estate Advisors. ING Real Estate Finance (USA) committed $69 million as joint lead arranger in the transaction and partnered with Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Blackstone used the loan to finance the purchase of a diversified Class-A, 4.4 million sq. ft. portfolio of 17 industrial properties, which are 98% leased.
