Four-star resort on tap for Central Florida
Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based Emerson International is developing a 350-room hotel and health club complex at its CenterPointe on the Park mixed-use development in Altamonte Springs. Joe Pasqualetti, director of Emerson International, says the company is seeking a four-star operator for the $45 million complex, which is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2002.
The 11-story hotel, which will overlook Crane's Roost Lake, will feature a 6,000 sq. ft. banquet room, ballrooms, meeting rooms and a restaurant. The health club will include a large indoor and outdoor swimming pool.
