Heinz stays in Pittsburgh with Gimbels building lease
In a deal negotiated by locally based Oxford Realty Services-ONCOR International, Heinz North America has leased 276,000 sq. ft. in downtown Pittsburgh. As part of the lease, the building - the former Gimbels department store - will be renamed the H.J. Heinz Co. Building and will serve as the company's headquarters.
Oxford Realty Services represented the building's owners, the Rudolph and Perlow families of Pittsburgh.
