Lend Lease Real Estate Investments Inc.

Eugene Laxer has been named principal of Atlanta-based Lend Lease Real Estate Investments Inc.'s retail group. His responsibilities include strategic market analysis and research for the company's retail assets, market assessment relative to acquisitions, asset management and new business initiatives in the retail sector. Laxer has more than 20 years retail experience, most recently as principal and founder of Clinton, Va.-based Laxer & Associates Retail Consultants.
