$730.2 MILLION IN LENDING FACILITATED IN MANHATTAN BY SINGER & BASSUK

Since December, financial intermediary and mortgage broker Singer & Bassuk Organization (SBO) facilitated over $730 million in funding for eight Manhattan properties, including the $120 million 88 Leonard Street, the company's largest deal in the first quarter of 2005. The Tribeca-area property features 386,000 sq. ft. of mixed-use office, retail and residential space, including 352 apartments. The largest SBO deal over the last six months is 325 Fifth Avenue, a $178.9 million mixed-use development featuring 40 floors of 250 luxury condos and 6,000 sq. ft of retail space. The project is expected to be completed in 2006.
