ROBERT PERELMAN has joined Hudson Realty Capital LLC as a director. He will be responsible for loan originations, real estate investments and asset management. Prior to joining HRC, Perelman was director in the real estate finance and securitization group of Credit Suisse First Boston.
BRIAN COLLINS has been named vice president of mergers and acquisitions for LandAmerica Financial Group Inc. He previously served as assistant vice president of acquisitions for the company. In his new role, Collins will negotiate title acquisitions, integrate both title and non-title acquired companies into the LandAmerica family and oversee valuations for acquisition candidates.
KENDRA PISARRA has been promoted to senior vice president of REMI Cos. She previously served as the director of business development. In her new role, Pisarra will assist in the management of the company's daily activities, including acquisitions, mortgage banking, construction and operations.
GARY SMITH has been appointed vice president of asset management for Passco Real Estate Enterprises Inc. Smith has previously worked with GMS Realty, AEW Capital Management and MassMutual Life Insurance Co.
CHRISTOPHER BEDA has been named chief investment officer for the Western region of Carmel Partners Inc. Beda will manage the company's acquisitions in California, Washington, Oregon and Hawaii. Prior to joining Carmel Partners, Beda was the acquisitions and dispositions officer for the Western United States at Equity Residential.
STEPHEN O'BRIEN has been appointed the managing director of marketing and sales for L&B Realty Advisors Inc. He is a former David L. Babson & Co. executive.
