BRAD ROPPE has joined Lee & Associates as president in the firm's San Diego office. Roppe will be responsible for business development, including sales training, community relations, builder and developer relations, and strategic marketing. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Roppe was vice president of business development for Stewart Title of California and also served as a practicing attorney for five years.

SHELBY CHRISTENSEN has been promoted to senior vice president of property management at Liberty Property Trust. Christensen joined Liberty Property Trust in 1997 as a senior property manager in the South Carolina region. In 1998, she was promoted to vice president, and two years later she gained responsibility for the Florida region. Christensen has authored a number of training modules for property managers that are used throughout the nation.

THOMAS BROWN, formerly of Panattoni Development Co. and NorthPoint Capital LLC, has joined DP Partners as development partner for the Midwest region. Brown will focus on the development of two Class-A business parks in the Chicago metropolitan area, as well as manage tenant build-outs for several pending projects.

BETH CERRONE-KELLY has joined Clayco as project manager in the company's St. Louis office. She will be responsible for managing design-build projects, overseeing design coordination, pre-construction and post-construction services, and construction management. Cerrone-Kelly has 10 years of prior experience in construction project management.

KENNY BALVIN has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial as a sales and leasing associate. Balvin will handle all types of commercial real estate including office, retail, and investment properties, and he will put particular emphasis on the industrial market.
