Cindy Buell has joined the Atlanta office of North American Properties as director of organization development. Buell will work with all operational levels to establish a talent development initiative. Buell brings 15 years experience in human resources and organization development to her position.
Corey McLendon has joined the Chicago office of Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, a real estate law firm, as an associate in the real estate department. Prior to joining Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, McLendon was a real estate associate for Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in Chicago.
Chad O'Connor has been appointed associate in Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp.'s San Diego office. O'Connor will be responsible for originating and closing commercial real estate loans. Prior to his promotion, O'Connor worked in Marcus & Millichap's Long Beach, Calif., office as a loan analyst.
Jim Suber has joined Irvine, Calif.-based Real Tech as partner. Suber will be responsible for the growth of client relationships and will spearhead project implementation. Before joining the Real Tech team, Suber was senior vice president at CB Richard Ellis in Newport Beach, Calif.
Marcus Warr has been named vice president of loan originations at Love Funding Corp.'s newly formed Dallas office, which opened Nov. 1, 2005. Warr formerly held a position with KeyBank Real Estate Capital.
