Rick Hoffman has been named president and chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in San Diego/Inland Empire. Previously Hoffman served as senior vice president of the firm's Inland Empire offices. Last year he sold his Coldwell Banker Associates Realty to NRT Inc., parent company of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Michael Prabhu has been named chief operating officer of Staubach's Los Angeles office. Previously, Prabhu was with Maguire Properties and Heitman Financial. He has more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in building operations and management.

Jeff Adams has been promoted to executive vice president of development for Transcan Development. Adams will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project development, including identification of new opportunities and negotiating agreements with property owners and tenants.

Daniel O'Donnell has been named managing director of Triple Net Properties LLC. He will be responsible for institutional investment programs. Previously, he was executive vice president of the real estate division for McMorgan & Co. based in San Francisco.

Matt Adams has been promoted to vice president of KeyBank Real Estate Capital's Boston office. Adams will be responsible for originating construction and interim loans for retail, multifamily, office and industrial projects for privately held New England based developers and investors. Previously, Adams served as an assistant vice president with KeyBank.

Alan Clifton has been promoted to vice president of leasing and disposition for Passco based Cos. Irvine, Calif. He has also been named a member of Passco's executive committee. He will be responsible for dispositions. Previously, Clifton served as director of leasing and asset management.

A.B. Robinson has joined Skanska USA Building Inc. based in New Jersey as corporate senior vice president of health, safety and the environment. Previously, Robinson was a vice president for Fluor Corp., where he was responsible for health and safety as well as workers compensation.

Raymond Kramp has joined Clayco based in Oakbrook Terrace, Ill. as vice president of its institutional business unit. He will be responsible for marketing and new business development. Previously, he served as vice president for Smoot Construction based in Indianapolis.
