Freehauf previously held an executive-level position at IHC Construction Cos. and joined TCB Design-Build as senior vice president in 2003. He has worked in the construction and development industries for over 25 years.
David McDonnell has been named vice president of development for Overton Moore Properties. He will be responsible for new development opportunities in the Inland Empire. Prior to joining the firm, McDonnell served as aadvisor and broker for Jones Lang LaSalle.

His responsibilities include lease negotiation, broker and tenant outreach, and leasing and marketing of the company's New York portfolio. Prior to joining Monday Properties, Panzirer served as senior vice president with Jones Lang LaSalle's New York office.
Vince Corno has joined Forest City Enterprises as vice president of. He will be responsible for redevelopment of properties and new developments and projects on the West Coast. Corno previously served as senior vice president for May Realty Inc., where he worked for 14 years.
