Previously, Stanton served as senior vice president of contracting. Over the next six months, he will be transitioning to the role of project executive on Echelon Place, a $4 billion development in Las Vegas.
Bill Endres has been promoted to executive vice president of estimating at Tishman Construction Corp. He will be responsible for formulating budgets and implementing cost control techniques. Previously, Endres worked on 7 World Trade Center and One Bryant Park, located in New York.
David Zoba has joined Steiner + Associates as principal and COO. He will oversee the day-to-day operations of the development, leasing and legal affairs teams. Prior to joining Steiner + Associates, Zoba served as president of Indianapolis-based Premier Properties USA Inc.
John Glass has been promoted to vice president of investments at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. He will be responsible for retail and single-tenant net-leased investment brokerage. Previously, Glass served as a sales agent.
