Jeff Jacobson will take on the new role of CEO of LaSalle Investment Management as of Dec. 31, 2006. Jacobson, who is a 16-year veteran of the Chicago and London-based company, will take over the day-to-day management of the firm. Jacobson previously served in the role of LaSalle Investment Management's European regional CEO.

Kerri Mulligan has been promoted to assistant vice president of Washington, D.C.-based real estate brokerage Cassidy & Pinkard. As assistant vice president, she will continue to work on major leasing transactions in the D.C. area. Mulligan joined Cassidy & Pinkard in 2003 as a leasing broker.

James McGill has been promoted to senior vice president of development at Chicago-based AMB Property Corp. McGill will continue to expand the firm's pipeline of Chicago-area commercial real estate projects. Previously, he served as executive vice president for McShane Cos.

Samantha Davenport has been promoted to COO for Steven D. Bell & Co. She will oversee all operational aspects of the company and will directly manage accounting, information technology, training and rehab divisions. She has been with the company for more than 12 years.
