Catherine Jones has joined Equis as senior vice president. Jones will be responsible for the planning and execution of projects for major corporations and professional firms. With 23 years of commercial real estate experience, Jones has completed close to $1 billion in transaction volume. Prior to joining Equis, Jones was an executive director of GVA Advantis.
Tami Lord has joined Voit Commercial Brokerage as vice president of the firm's Las Vegas office. She will be responsible for leasing and sales in the Las Vegas retail market. Prior to joining Voit Commercial Brokerage, Lord served as vice president of sales and leasing for Territory Inc.
Jonathan Ferrini has joined Lee & Associates as founding principal of the firm's La Jolla office. Ferrini will be responsible for the sale and leasing of industrial, office and flex properties. Previously, he served as senior vice president and principal of the firm's Commerce, Calif. office.
John Clark has joined Jones Lang LaSalle as senior vice president. Clark will be responsible for executing third-party agreements, preleasing new developments and formulating property repositioning strategies for several of the firm's clients. Previously, he was a broker with Trammell Crow.
