Amy McConnell has joined Sivica Investments as president of retail. McConnell will be responsible for all retail operations, land acquisitions and asset management at the Atlanta-based company. McConnell earned a master's degree in business from the University of Miami. Prior to joining Sivica, McConnell was director of real estate at the Sembler Co.
Steve Montgomery has joined Transwestern Houston as managing director. Montgomery will be responsible for brokerage/advisory services and strategic direction. Prior to joining Transwestern Houston, Montgomery was a senior director at Cushman & Wakefield.
Robert Poynter has joined Behringer Harvard as vice president. Poynter will be responsible for multifamily investing and acquisitions, and develop best practices for the Dallas-based multifamily group. Prior to joining Behringer Harvard, Poynter worked for multifamily developer JPI.
Mary Grillo has been promoted to vice president and corporate counsel at RockBridge Capital LLC. Grillo will provide legal counsel for the servicing and management of investment funds managed by the firm. Prior to joining RockBridge, she was a partner at Baker Hostetler LLP.
