Paula Ingram has joined Cohen Financial as director of capital markets in the firm's Miami office. Ingram will be responsible for recapitalizing equity, mezzanine financing and servicing and closing commercial real estate loans. Prior to joining Cohen Financial, Ingram was responsible for Trammell Crow Co.'s Florida mortgage brokerage division.
Chuck Hoag has joined Jones Lang LaSalle's capital markets team as vice president. He will manage financial transactions for the firm's clients. Prior to joining the brokerage, Hoag served as director for the Royal Bank of Canada, where he originated and analyzed real estate financing requests.
Michael O'Donovan has been promoted to vice president of finance at Younan Properties. He will be responsible for the accounting and finance activities of the firm's office markets. Prior to joining Younan, O'Donovan served as chief financial officer for STK International.
Daniel Rosenberg has been promoted to vice president and assistant general counsel of Behringer Harvard. He is responsible for the company's corporate governance of private funds. Previously, he was a corporate associate at the New York law firm of Katten Muchin Zavis Rosenman.
