Jim Sutphen has joined Regency Centers as vice president of construction. He will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction and project management of new development for the firm's Chicago and Cincinnati offices. Previously, he served as vice president of construction for real estate development firm Joseph Freed and Associates.
Claire Calzon has joined Colliers Arnold as managing director of office services. She will be responsible for the leasing and marketing efforts of the SunTrust Financial Centre office tower in Tampa. Previously, Calzon served as senior vice president of project leasing for Trammell Crow Co.
Mark Saturno has been promoted to managing director for the West-Central region in North America at AMB Property Corp. He will oversee the real estate activities in AMB's West-Central region. Previously, Saturno served as senior vice president and director of acquisitions for the region.
Danielle Brunelli-Albrecht has been promoted to vice president of lifestyle leasing at R.J. Brunelli & Co. She will manage lifestyle and town center developments as well as nine tenant rep accounts. Previously, Brunelli served as a full-time sales person for the firm.
