Spencer Yablon has been promoted to regional manager of the Pennsylvania office of Marcus & Millichap. He is responsible for expanding national market capabilities for Philadelphia clients. An experienced commercial real estate investment broker and manager, he has managed some $250 million for his clients. Previously, he was sales manager in the Philadelphia office.
Mark Krueger has joined Lee & Associates as principal in the firm's newest Nevada office. He will oversee land and investment transactions. Krueger has negotiated over $300 million worth of deals since 2004. Earlier, Krueger served as senior vice president of Grubb & Ellis|NCG.
Alan Fishman has joined Meridian Capital Group as chairman. He will be responsible for working with the company's management team to develop corporate strategy, examine financing options and broaden the firm's capabilities. Earlier, Fishman was president and COO of Sovereign Bank.
Michael Russell has joined Transwestern as managing director of development for the West region and will target new markets. Earlier, Russell led Arden Realty's team in developing the Howard Hughes Center, a 70-acre, 1 million sq. ft. mixed-use project.
