Richard Boyle has been named president and CEO of San Francisco-based LoopNet Inc. in conjunction with the completion of the company's merger transaction with PropertyFirst.com.

Dudley Mitchell has been named president of Sacramento, Calif.-based Panattoni Development Co. In his new role, he will oversee all of the development operations for the company. In other Panattoni news.

Thomas E. McCormick III has been selected as COO of the firm. Promoted from principal, he will be responsible in this capacity for all existing operations in the company other than development.

Susan Kurland has been promoted to senior director of retail brokerage services for New York-based Cushman & Wakefield.

Calvin Frese has been promoted to COO of the Americas division at Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis. In this newly created position, Frese will oversee the financial planning and strategic operations of all business units within the Americas, excluding the company's independently operated L.J. Melody & Co. and CBRE Investors LLC.

Jean Kane has been appointed president and COO of Minneapolis-based WelshCo LLC.

Ka Cotter has been promoted to vice chairman of the board of directors for The Staubach Co., Dallas. Prior to her promotion, Cotter served as the company's executive vice president. In related Staubach Co. news.

Elysia Holt Ragusa has been promoted to president of the company's newly formed real estate services division. She most recently served as president of Staubach's Southwest corporate services region, the firm's largest division, since 1994.

Sherwood Johnston III of Washington, D.C.-based CarrAmerica Realty Corp. was recently sworn in as the 50th president of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International during the 94th Annual Convention and The Office Building Show in Baltimore. Johnston, who succeeds Richard D. Baier, will serve as president for the 2001-2002 term. Also during the convention.

Larry F. Soehren, vice president of Spokane, Wash.-based Kiemle & Hagood Co., was officially named president-elect; and John P. Kelly, executive vice president of Minneapolis-based Ryan Companies US Inc., was elected vice president of BOMA International for the same term.

Ray Weeks recently resigned as vice chairman of Indianapolis-based Duke-Weeks Realty Corp., now known as Duke Realty Corp. Weeks also resigned as an employee of the company, where he served on a part-time basis as chairman of the technology committee as well as chairman of the office technology consortium since January 2000.

Charles M. Baughn has been promoted to executive vice president of Houston-based Hines. In his new role, he will oversee the raising, investing and management of equity and debt.

Sharon A. Yester has been promoted to COO of Atlanta-based EdenCare Senior Living Services.
