***** SEE NOTE ON THIS GUY Sheldon Good & Comapny International Realtor and Attorney, Steven L. Good was promoted to CEO of the Chicago based real estate auction firm.

Greenwich Group International, L.L.C. The NewYork based company named financial services exacutive, James J. Flood as COO of the New York firm. Flood is a 20-year veteran of the real estate, mortgage banking and syndication industries, with specific expertise in financial services.

Jones Lang Wooton Mary Liz Murphy has joined the international firm as senior director of corporate advisory services for the New York city team. Murphy, a licensed New York real estate broker, is a member of the National Association of Female Executives.

Bradley Real Estate, Inc. The Illinios firm announced that Thomas P. D'Arcy would replace chairman of the board, Joseph Hakim, who would continue his work with the firm as chairman of the executive committee. The company is the oldest real estate investment trust in the nation.

Summit Properties On July 1, 1998, Steven R. LeBlanc, former president of Urban Growth Property Trust, will join the North Carolina company as president and COO. In this new role, LeBlanc will oversee all acquisition, development, property management and construction activities.

Quadrant/KMS Management Services Keith Kaiser was named president of the Washington property management firm. As president, Kaiser will be responsible for all activities related to company operations, client relations and business development.

Hudson Hotels Corporation The Board of Directors of the New York company appointed John Sabin to the position of executive vice president/CFO. The firm is a limited service hotel development and management company.

Colonial Properties Trust The Birmingham company announced the appointment of two executives. The newly created position of chief investment officer was given to executive vice president of the company's office division, C. Reynolds Thompson III. Robert Bo Jackson, former senior vice president of Colonial Properties Atlanta office group, replaced Thompson as executive president - office division.

Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Former chief staff officer/executive director of the American Society of Interior Designers, Robert Angle, Hon FASID (?) , will join the D.C. company as its executive vice president.

Julien J. Studley, Inc. Fourteen-year veteran David Cantwell has joined the Orange County office as managing director. In his new found position, the former vice president of Equis Consultants will be responsible for transaction management and business development to support the office's plans to expand.

Cushman & Wakefield The New York firm has announced the arrival of Nicholas Sardone, who will be filling the position of managing director of the strategic agency services division.

Liberty Mortgage Acceptance Corp. In a variety of lending capacities with the California commpany since 1994, William E. Nagel, CMB was promoted to senior vice president. His new responsibilities include commercial loan underwriting.

AMB Property Corp. The San Fransisco firm announced that David S. Fries has joined the senior management team as managing director and general counsel. In his new position, Fries will be responsible for general corporate issues and the structuring of complex transactions. He will also work directly with the company's CEO on implementing various strategic initiations.

Price Waterhouse L.L.P. The Chicago company announced that William Whitehead has joined the firm as senior manager in the global location strategies group. As such, he will assist industrial and office clients to identify and evaluate sites around the globe for manufacturing, distribution and office facilities.

Love Funding Corporation The 123-year-old investment holding company announced the appointment of Gerald S. Monash to senior vice president. Stationed in the company's Atlanta office, Monash will be responsible for the creation of commercial mortgage loans in the southwest region.

Told Partners Jeffrey C. Albee has joined the firm as a senior vice president and partner. With his new position at the California company, Albee will continue his work with corporate rrelocation and tenant and landlord representation throughout the Central San Fernando and Conejo Valleys.

Equity Office Former senior vice president - national accounts, Peter D. Johnston has been named senior vice president of the southwest region for the Chicago firm. In addition, the Chicago company named the promotions of five regional vice presidents to senior vice president. They include Peter H. Adams, Kim Koehn, Christopher P. Mundy, Arvid A. Povilatis and Mark E. Scully.

Concorde Realty Partners, L.L.C. The newly formed New York real estate firm named Johnathan W. Cappo senior vice president. In his new position, Cappo will direct the acquisition and assett management activities for the company.

Burnham The Southern California real estate firm announced that Steve Bollert recieved a promotion to senior vice president. Affiliated with the company for over 10 years, Bollert had been specializingin the leasing of laboratory facilitiess and indusstrial properties.

Prentiss Properties Trust Continuing his role as tresurer of the company, Michael A. Ernst has taken on the position of senior vice president for the Dallas based firm. He will be responsible for capital markets strategy and execution.
